All BharatMerchants plans come with a 14-day free trial. You can explore the full features of your chosen plan without providing any payment information upfront.
Your trial begins the day you sign up. If you choose not to continue, simply do nothing — you will not be charged. To activate a paid plan after your trial, contact us at hello@bharatmerchants.com.
2How to Cancel
You may cancel your BharatMerchants subscription at any time by writing to us at hello@bharatmerchants.com.
Upon cancellation:
- Your website and all associated services will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed
- Your website data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted
3Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- 7-day refund window: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment
- Service outage: If BharatMerchants experiences a verified platform-wide outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours, affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit for the affected period
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a platform error, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of a billing date will not be eligible unless a billing error or extended outage is involved.
4Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Domain registration or renewal fees, once the domain has been registered with the registry
- Add-on services or one-time features that have already been delivered
- Subscriptions for which the 7-day refund window has passed
- Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
5How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@bharatmerchants.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- The transaction date and amount
Refund requests submitted without the required details may experience delays. Please provide as much context as possible so we can process your request efficiently.
6Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the transfer within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed from our end.
7Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please reply to our email thread and escalate the matter. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law and Disputes clause of our Terms and Conditions.
